Estatein Capital was founded to open up commercial real estate — long reserved for large institutions and the ultra-wealthy — to everyday investors everywhere.
Our story
Commercial property — retail outlets, offices, warehouses — has historically delivered some of the most stable, income-generating returns of any asset class. But buying a single unit outright takes millions, specialist legal knowledge, and ongoing tenant management most people don't have time for.
We built Estatein Capital to remove those barriers. Our team sources, legally verifies, purchases and manages each property, then divides ownership into affordable shares so anyone can start investing from Rs 1,000 — and earn the same rental income and capital growth as a full building owner, in proportion to their stake.
